SR. BRAND STRATEGIST

We are looking for a Senior Brand Strategist with a passion for creating impactful campaigns in the med spa, skincare, beauty and aesthetics space. In this hybrid role, you will drive both the development of campaign strategies and the growth of new business opportunities. You will be responsible for creating data-driven, innovative strategies that align with client objectives and resonate with target audiences, while also contributing to Moontide's overall business development efforts. Collaborating closely with our creative, media, client services, and project management teams, your insights will be key in crafting compelling brand stories and identifying new ways to expand client relationships and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Strategy & Business Development: Lead the development of innovative, data-driven brand strategies and identify opportunities for business growth within existing accounts and new prospects.
• Creative Brief Leadership: Craft detailed creative briefs that define campaign goals, audience insights, messaging, creative direction, media strategy, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with both brand and business objectives.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work alongside internal teams and clients to bring campaigns to life and ensure seamless execution across all touchpoints.
• Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting strategies, gathering feedback, and nurturing long-term relationships to drive both campaign success and business growth
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track campaign performance, providing actionable insights and optimizations to improve results and achieve client goals, while also leveraging successes to support new business pitches.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Experience: 5 years in strategic planning, brand development, or business development roles, ideally within an advertising agency or marketing department, with experience in beauty and aesthetics campaigns.
• Skill Set: Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, consumer behavior, and campaign development, coupled with business development acumen.
• Strategic Insight: Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform data and insights into actionable strategies
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building and maintaining client relationships.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with industry-standard tools for market research, data analysis, and campaign management.
