This role includes taking orders, serving food and drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and working closely with the kitchen and team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Answer menu questions and provide recommendations when needed
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations
- Process payments and operate the POS system
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and team members
Qualifications
- Customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Restaurant or serving experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods and carry dishes safely
Pay: $16.95 per hour
