Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated, content-savvy intern to support our talent and brand partnerships team. This role is ideal for someone who lives on social media, understands creator culture, and thrives in fast-paced, real-world environments.
You will play a hands-on role in capturing content at events, assisting with talent activations, and supporting day-to-day talent management operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photo & video content at events, dinners, brand activations, and trips
- Assist talent managers on-site with event execution and logistics
- Film BTS, social clips, IG stories, TikToks, and recap content
- Help organize, label, and deliver content to brands post-event
- Support talent deliverables (posting reminders, content tracking)
- Assist with light admin tasks (recaps, decks, talent lists)
- Stay tapped into social trends, creator culture, and platform updates
Qualifications
- Passionate about influencer marketing, talent management, and events
- Strong eye for aesthetics, lighting, and composition
- Comfortable filming on iPhone editing short-form content
- Professional, polished, and comfortable in high-profile environments
- Proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with digital trends, influencer culture, and event planning is a plus
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field is preferred
Requirements
- Must be available for in-person events (evenings/weekends)
- Experience creating content for social media (personal or brand)
- Access to an iPhone with strong camera quality
- Based in or near Los Angeles with a car for transportation to events
- Previous experience working with celebrities/influencers/content strategy is a plus
