We are Moonlight Lighting and Draping—a fun, fast-paced, and creative company known for transforming ordinary venues into unforgettable spaces. We work with venues all over Utah and use lighting and draping to create elevated experiences for couples, family, and friends. From stunning weddings to show-stopping corporate parties, our team is passionate about creating magic with light and fabric.
We are looking for an executive assistant to help keep our business running smoothly and efficiently. The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the owner of the company with his schedule, as well as the company event schedule.
In this position, you will primarily be assisting our company owner and keeping the office organized. Your responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling - Reviewing the owner's schedule every morning and ensuring that he keeps appointments. Also keeping track of the event calendar and assisting the owner with planning setup and takedowns for each booked event.
- Paperwork Preparation - Preparing event paperwork for the technicians to fill out before and after every setup/takedown
- Phone Calls - Answering phone calls and connecting them with the correct person.
- Emails - Checking and organizing company emails.
- Mail Runs - Collecting and sorting mail from the mailbox and PO box several times a week.
- Bank Deposits - Depositing checks at the bank.
- Office Organization - Keeping office supplies and snacks stocked.

The primary attributes we are looking for are flexible, adaptable, and able to learn quickly. We are looking for someone with solid computer skills, an ability to be proactive and think ahead, and strong organization.
