What you’ll do
- Mix and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks with flair and precision
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met promptly
- Operate Aloha POS and Micros POS systems efficiently to process orders and manage transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to support banquet services and catering events as needed
- Manage cash handling accurately, including processing payments and balancing cash drawers at the end of shifts
- Uphold knowledge of fine dining standards to enhance guest experiences in upscale settings
- Stay updated on beverage trends and continuously refine your brewing techniques to impress our clientele
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in bartending or food service within a restaurant or nightclub setting
- Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively while maintaining quality service
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with catering services and banquet operations
- Previous retail math experience for efficient inventory management
