Building Cleaner – Night & Some Day Shifts | Amesbury, MA
$20 an hour | 3 -4 hours per shift | 6 days per week
About the Job
We’re looking for a dependable, experienced cleaner to maintain a building in Amesbury, MA. You’ll keep the space clean, tidy, and professional, working mostly night shifts with some day shifts as needed.
Schedule
- Monday through Saturday
- 3 to 4 hours per shift
- Night shifts, with some day shifts available
- Specific start times will be confirmed at hiring
Responsibilities
- Wipe down entry doors, table tops, and lobby and waiting area furniture
- Sanitize all high-touch surfaces, including light switches, walls, and tables
- Wipe window edges and ledges to remove dust
- Dust vents and remove cobwebs as needed
- Vacuum and mop all designated floors, including offices
- Spot clean carpets with carpet cleaner as needed
- Dispose of all trash and recycling and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize toilets, urinals, sinks, and counters
- Wipe down showers as needed
- Restock toilet paper, paper towels, and soap as needed
- Clean break room and kitchen areas, including wiping counters, sinks, and the outside of the fridge, microwave, and toaster oven
- Clean the inside of the microwave and toaster oven weekly
- Clean and wash the coffee machine daily
- Vacuum stairways and hallways and wipe railings
Requirements
- Previous Commercial cleaning experience is required
- Reliable and on time for every shift
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently
- Must complete work efficiently within time window
- Reliable transportation to Amesbury, MA
