Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restocking supplies to ensure a spotless environment.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and carpet cleaners to maintain floors and surfaces in pristine condition.
- Handle chemical agents safely by following proper handling procedures for cleaning solutions and sanitation products.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all custodial activities, including heavy lifting using safe lifting practices and proper manual handling techniques.
- Monitor common areas for hazards or maintenance issues; report any concerns promptly to management for resolution.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting visitors courteously and assisting with directions or inquiries as needed.Experience
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience in commercial or industrial settings is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures involving chemical agents and sanitation standards.
- Experience operating cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and other custodial tools.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to chemical handling safety procedures and heavy lifting practices.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in facilities maintenance or porter roles is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards consistently.

Pay: $2,100.00 - $2,200.00 per month
