Required Skills:
1. Technical Competencies
- Hands-on AI Engineering: Advanced expertise in Python (FastAPI, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Pydantic), Java, or TypeScript, with direct production experience deploying custom LLM-powered applications.
- Frameworks & Tooling: Practical mastery of LangChain, LlamaIndex, Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, OpenAI SDKs, Vector Databases, and MCP servers.
- Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on containerization (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, API Gateway), and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Data Engineering: Competency in querying SQL/NoSQL databases, working with vector embeddings, feature stores, and RESTful/GraphQL API design.
2. Experience & Qualifications
- Total Experience: 8 years of progressive software engineering experience, including 3 years as a Tech Lead / Senior Developer and 2 years hands-on with GenAI/LLMs.
- Domain Experience: Background in enterprise financial applications, risk management, or high-throughput financial data processing is a strong plus.
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

- Hands-on leader who leads by example in writing clean, scalable code and debugging complex system failures.
- Strong technical communication skills to translate business user stories into detailed engineering specifications and execution plans.
