Position Summary:
The Field Supervisor (Underground Sales) is responsible for evaluating underground plumbing and sewer systems, preparing repair or replacement proposals, and closing sales based on diagnostic findings. This role focuses on customer communication, problem-solving, and driving revenue through accurate inspections and professional presentation of solutions. The Field Supervisor also oversees the execution of sold projects by coordinating with excavation crews and plumbing technicians, ensuring each job is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. Additional responsibilities include maintaining detailed job-site documentation, managing daily appointments, and ensuring all permits, materials, and preparations are completed before work begins.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Customer Interaction

Respond to pre-qualified, high-intent leads—no cold calling required.

Perform on-site inspections using sewer cameras and diagnostic tools.

Identify underground issues such as cracks, offsets, blockages, intrusions, or pipe failures.

Prepare clear and accurate proposals for repair or replacement (excavation or trenchless options).

Present solutions to customers in a trustworthy, professional manner and close sales.

Maintain consistent communication throughout the job to ensure customer satisfaction.
Project Oversight (Non-Labor Role)

Coordinate with excavation crews and plumbing technicians to ensure projects are completed safely and correctly.

Monitor job progress and maintain quality control standards.

Secure necessary permits, materials, and documentation before each project begins.

Document job-site findings with photos, notes, and measurements for accurate reporting.
