Job Summary:
Moona E.N.T Instruments is seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our production team. In this role, you will assist in the manufacturing, assembly, finishing, and inspection of high-quality surgical instruments used by healthcare professionals worldwide. The ideal candidate is dependable, quality-focused, and committed to maintaining the precision and craftsmanship required in the medical device industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble surgical instruments according to production specifications and quality standards.
- Operate manufacturing equipment, hand tools, and precision instruments safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy, functionality, and cosmetic quality.
- Perform polishing, cleaning, and finishing of surgical instruments.
- Read and follow work instructions, engineering drawings, and manufacturing procedures.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Report equipment issues, material shortages, or production concerns to supervisors.
- Follow all workplace safety regulations and quality management procedures.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
- Collaborate with production, quality control, and engineering teams to ensure timely order completion.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred.
- Experience in medical device or surgical instrument manufacturing is an advantage.
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with small precision components.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use measuring tools.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: $23.00 - $26.90 per hour
