Our casual dining restaurant is looking for an experienced Host/Cashier to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, handling payments, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have a friendly and outgoing personality and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is reliable and can provide a positive experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and seat them in a timely manner.
- Answer phone calls and take reservations.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Process payments quickly and accurately.
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Assist with menu changes and specials.
- Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
