DUTIES

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle customer complaints or inquiries with patience and professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
-Automotive parts knowledge a plus but will train the right person
EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service REQUIRED
- Strong phone etiquette skills for handling customer inquiries over the phone
- Knowledge of technical sales or ability to learn about technical products/services
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are a plus for serving diverse customer base
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing sales transactions
