POSTED ON 1/6/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 2/4/2026

Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale platform migration program, transitioning a critical book of business from a third-party vendor product to a scalable in-house solution. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with strong cross-functional management, stakeholder alignment, and execution discipline, driving seamless delivery across engineering, product, operations, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Leadership: Own end-to-end migration strategy, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams — technology, data, operations, and business.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central point of accountability bridging Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA, Operations, and Business teams.
  • Migration Strategy & Governance: Define program roadmap, risk framework, governance model, and clear KPIs for migration success (stability, data integrity, cost efficiency, and customer experience).
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with senior business leaders and technology heads to ensure alignment on timelines, dependencies, and business continuity.
  • Vendor Transition Management: Oversee knowledge transfer, contractual offboarding, and capability ramp-up within in-house teams.
  • Change Management: Ensure organizational readiness, training, and adoption for the new platform across impacted business functions.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track progress through structured dashboards, program-level metrics, and executive reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing complex platform or data migrations, ideally from vendor to in-house environments.
  • Strong background in program governance, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management across technical and business domains.
  • Excellent understanding of software engineering and data ecosystem fundamentals (cloud platforms, APIs, integration patterns, data migration best practices).
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across senior leadership and delivery teams.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
  • PMP / SAFe / Agile certification preferred.
