The Role
We are looking for an organized, proactive Program Manager to scale our global audio data collection. You will bridge the gap between our research goals and studio production, ensuring high-quality voice data flows seamlessly from studios around the world into our engineering pipeline.
This role is ideal for a sharp, adaptable operator who loves logistics, cares about data integrity, and thrives in an iterative startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Project & Schedule Management: Partner with the Head of Production to oversee international recording schedules, track studio deliveries, and maintain meticulous documentation.
- Studio & Partner Relations: Own production partnerships end-to-end, serving as the main point of contact for studios while championing our ethical standards.
- Workflow Architecture: Translate high-level business and machine learning research objectives into structured, actionable production workflows.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee post-production outputs to ensure incoming audio meets strict quality standards. You will analyze data batches, identify gaps, and implement enhancement methods.
- Operational Scale: Continuously iterate on our creative and operational systems to optimize data ingestion as we grow.

- Proven ability to manage complex projects, coordinate logistics, or handle data operations.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to balance multiple moving parts across different time zones.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset—you spot workflow bottlenecks and fix them independently.
- Exposure to audio production, localized content, or machine learning data pipelines is a strong asset, but a high capacity to learn is what matters most.
