Moody Moles is hiring a Field Service Technician to provide professional mole removal services throughout the greater Seattle area.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, working independently, driving between service locations, and solving hands-on problems for customers. No prior mole trapping experience is required. We provide paid training.

Ideal candidates may come from landscaping, lawn care, pest control, construction, delivery driving, maintenance, or other route-based service industries.
Responsibilities
• Install and service mole traps on residential and commercial properties
• Inspect lawns and identify active mole tunnel systems
• Safely handle trapping equipment and tools
• Document completed work using company software and mobile forms
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site
• Drive efficiently between scheduled service locations
• Maintain organized equipment and cleanliness of work materials
• Assist with basic lawn restoration after service completion
• Follow company safety and operational procedures
Requirements
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable personal vehicle for travel between service locations
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps for scheduling and job documentation
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping, pest control, lawn care, construction, or route-based service work
• Experience driving for work or managing service routes
• Basic understanding of lawn care or irrigation systems
Schedule
• Full-time preferred
• Seasonal workload fluctuations may occur
