The Food & Beverage Outlets Managerial Internship at Moody Gardens is a leadership-focused development program designed for students pursuing careers in hospitality and restaurant management. Interns gain hands-on exposure to the operational and managerial functions of multiple dining outlets within a high-volume resort environment.
This internship is structured to treat participants as developing managers. In addition to outlet operations, interns will complete a rotational learning experience through kitchen and banquet operations to build a comprehensive understanding of food production, event service logistics, and front-of-house leadership.
Interns will work alongside department leaders to understand service execution, staff coordination, guest experience management, and operational decision-making across all major food & beverage functions.
Qualifications:-
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university or recently graduated (within the past 12 months)

Pursuing or holding a degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, or a closely related field of study

Strong interest in food & beverage operations and leadership development

Professional demeanor and willingness to learn in a fast-paced hospitality environment
