What You'll Do
As our Spa Coordinator, you'll play an essential role in keeping our spa running smoothly by:
- Greeting every client with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Checking clients in and out
- Answering phones, texts, emails, and social media messages professionally
- Scheduling and managing appointments through Square Appointments
- Assisting clients in selecting services and recommending products
- Helping maintain provider schedules and maximizing bookings
- Monitoring appointment notifications and making schedule adjustments as needed
- Confirming appointments and managing cancellations or waitlists
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting spa location
- Restock rooms and help team cleanup as needed
- Processing payments and gift card sales
- Create social media posts and schedule posts
- Supporting daily spa operations and administrative tasks
- Communicating effectively with the spa owner and service providers
- Helping maintain a positive, supportive atmosphere for both clients and staff

- A quick learner with technology and scheduling software

- Passionate about customer service and creating memorable client experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or spa/salon experience preferred
- Experience with Square Appointments (or similar scheduling software) is a plus
- Retail sales experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Helps clients feel cared for from the moment they walk through our doors
Schedule
- Part-time
- Fridays 9:30-5:30 and Saturdays 9:30-3
$13.75 starting
