Track Official

Monza World Class Karting at Foxwoods Resort Casino is hiring Track Officials to help run fast-paced, high-energy racing sessions in a safe and professional manner. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys motorsports, guest interactions, and an active workday.

You'll be responsible for supervising races, enforcing safety rules, assisting drivers, and ensuring every guest has a fun and safe experience on track.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor kart races and enforce all safety procedures
• Control race sessions using flagging and timing systems
• Assist drivers with required safety gear and entering/exiting karts
• Respond quickly to on-track incidents
• Communicate clearly with guests, team members, and management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe track environment

Qualifications:

• Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor
• Ability to stay calm and decisive in fast-moving situations
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and be active for extended periods of time
• Must be punctual and reliable
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Schedule:

• Opening, Closing, Weekend, and Holiday shifts
• Flexible Scheduling available
