Requirements:
***Must be Bilingual - Spanish & English - Required!***
- Property & Casualty license preferred (not required)
- Proficient Customer Service Experience.
Responsibilities:
- Service/quote/sell and asses various types of insurance policies for individuals and businesses
- Data entry and Generate reports for potential business opportunities
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to service and billing inquiries
- Stay updated on industry changes and insurance policies
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and efficient workflow.
Skills:
- Bilingual proficiency is a MUST (English & Spanish)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively assess complex problems
- knowledgeable with Insurance/ sales administration processes
- Highly skilled in data entry operations and proficient in various management systems and software
