- Guide patients through prescribed rehab exercises, demonstrating proper form and cheering them on as they build strength and confidence
- Set patients up on a variety of therapeutic modalities and equipment, ensuring comfort, safety, and a smooth treatment experience
- Partner closely with therapists to keep the clinic flowing efficiently—prepping treatment areas, assisting with scheduling, and helping sessions start on time
- Communicate clearly and positively with patients, answering questions and keeping them motivated and engaged in their care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation while supporting a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
