- Provide expert advice on automotive repair and maintenance needs.
- Utilize auto estimating tools to provide accurate quotes for parts and services.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely availability of required parts for repairs.
- Stay updated on new products, industry trends, and advancements in automotive technology.
- Process orders efficiently while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge of CDK system.
- Proven experience in automotive sales or service.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and vehicle maintenance.
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and repair tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing inventory.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
