- Maintain detailed documentation of each child's progress, including assessments aligned with standardized testing where applicable.

Qualifications
- Proven classroom management experience in early childhood settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development theories and practices, including toddler care and preschool experience.
- Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education or literacy education strategies.
- Experience working with children with special needs or in early intervention programs is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
