What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales & Operations position at Monument Warehouse?
Monument Warehouse is a wholesale granite memorial supplier. We sell to monument dealers and funeral homes across the country, and the person in this role is who our customers talk to day to day.
What you'll do
- Answer incoming phone calls and handle customer questions about orders, products, and pricing.
- Schedule and make follow-up calls.
- Support warehouse operations — pull and print order paperwork, get files and documents to the right people, keep records organized
What we're looking for
- 2 years in customer service, inside sales, or office support
- Confident with computers, email, and order-entry systems
- Organized and accurate with paperwork — details matter here
- Clear, professional communication
Physical requirements
- Occasionally lifts and moves items up to 70 lbs
- Work partly in a warehouse setting- standing, bending, and moving products
