This is a full-time on-site role for an Escrow Officer at our Salt Lake City, UT office. The Escrow Officer will manage real estate closings, review and prepare escrow documents, facilitate communication between buyers, sellers, and lenders, and ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions. Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines is a key responsibility of the role. Additionally, providing excellent customer service and a seamless closing experience are integral parts of this position.
- Proficiency in Closings and Escrow processes, including document preparation and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of Residential Real Estate transactions, including title policies and property-related documentation
- Experience as a Notary and familiarity with notarization procedures
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with diverse stakeholders
- Keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Salt Lake City, UT
- Experience in title insurance or real estate-related roles is a plus
