Role Description
Monument Realty is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support our Fort Worth, Texas office. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for providing administrative support to our agents while partnering closely with the Office Leader on social media, digital marketing, and recruiting initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a college graduate with a degree in hospitality or a related field, or brings a minimum of four years of experience in a similar role. This individual is detail-oriented, creative, and solutions-driven, with a strong desire to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential to effectively manage a wide range of responsibilities with efficiency and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality (or similar degree) or four years of administrative experience
- Customer service background/knowledge
- Proficiency in Social Media & Canva
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Social, upbeat, energetic
- Ability to be flexible with hours (attend after-hours events, etc.)
- Attention to detail is a must
- Close proximity to the Fort Worth office is preferred
Responsibilities and Expectations
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact by greeting agents, clients, and guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment
- Manage incoming communications (email and phone), providing timely, accurate responses and directing inquiries as needed
- Own and maintain the office calendar, coordinating trainings, meetings, and events to ensure seamless execution
- Support onboarding for new agents, creating a smooth, organized experience from initial setup through integration into the office
- Assist the Office Leader with recruiting efforts, including managing candidate communications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining organized candidate records
- Coordinate and support office events, trainings, and recognition initiatives, including setup, breakdown, and logistics
- Maintain overall office operations, including supplies, vendor coordination, equipment functionality, and general organization
- Track and maintain key reports, spreadsheets, and operational systems to support office performance and leadership visibility
- Provide ongoing administrative support to the Office Leader and leadership team as needed
Local Marketing Responsibilities:
- Capture and curate content (photos and videos) that highlights office culture, agent success, and local market activity
- Plan, create, and manage the Fort Worth office social media calendar, ensuring consistent and on-brand content across platforms
- Publish and monitor content across Facebook and Instagram, driving engagement and maintaining an active local presence
- Collaborate with agents to support and elevate their personal brands and social media presence
- Support additional marketing and branding initiatives for the Fort Worth office as needed
