Monument Land Resources, LLC, a leader in land services in East Texas and surrounding areas, is seeking a Land Tech to join our team. The Land Tech will perform a key role in providing daily administrative support and assistance in all phases of various projects. This position will implement and coordinate land procedures and land records systems to assure all department records are up-to-date and available for department and company needs. This candidate must be able to handle multiple organizational needs and priorities in a calm, professional, confidential, and confident manner. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated team player with strong organizational, interpersonal, and forward-thinking skills.
This is an independent contractor position. Daily rate will be determined based on experience and qualifications during the interview process.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the organization and maintenance of file inventory
- Assist team with the preparation of new acquisition files, lease files, the organization, inventory, and maintenance of all files
- Support Crew Chief with the preparation of various letters and documents, check requests, title research, scanning, copying, and various administrative duties
- Provide back-up assistance to the Project Contractors when needed
- Assist in the implementation of all phases of work within the department and perform any additional duties that may be assigned to facilitate project completion
- Data entry and maintenance of data
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Skills:
- Proficient in performing administrative duties
- Detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Able to multitask and prioritize projects
- Strong organizational and communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and compile data, perform basic calculations and tasks while maintaining confidentiality
Education and Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of administrative experience
· 2 years of Microsoft Outlook and Windows Suite experience
