Position Summary:
The Restaurant Supervisor helps make sure each shift runs smoothly and that both guests and staff have a positive experience. This person supports the restaurant team by keeping things organized, communicating clearly, and being dependable. This person helps Management implement new tactics and cost saving strategies.
Main Duties:
- Daily Checklist
Make sure all staff are completing their checklist and associated duties.
- Support the Team
Help staff stay on track during their shifts and step in where needed.
- Stocking, Organization
Ensure box car, pantry, walk ins are clean and organized to food safety standards & to help make inventory and ordering more seamless.
- Schedule Coordination
Help organize staff schedules, communicate any changes, and make sure shifts are covered.
- Be Reliable
Show up on time, be dependable, and set a good example for others.
- Customer Service
Handle questions or complaints politely, and make sure everyone feels welcome. Greet guests or touch tables when possible.
- Team Communication
Share important updates from management and help staff understand daily tasks.
- Cleanliness and Safety
Make sure work areas, dining areas, and restrooms stay clean and meet safety standards.
- Problem Solving
Help fix small issues during service quickly and calmly.
