About the Role

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Purchasing Specialist to support our day-to-day procurement and facilities operations. This role is a mix of purchasing and basic facilities responsibilities, helping keep our internal processes running smoothly as we grow.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, working behind the scenes, and being a key support across multiple areas of the business.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Track all open POs and provide regular status updates to relevant teams
  • Communicate with vendors regarding order confirmations, delivery timelines, and discrepancies
  • Perform basic purchasing tasks such as: Sourcing and comparing supplier quotes, maintaining vendor contact information and records, and monitoring inventory levels and initiating replenishment orders
  • Maintain organized purchasing records and documentation
  • Support internal teams with supply and materials requests
  • Assist with basic facilities maintenance and coordinate minor repairs or service needs
  • Help ensure the office and work environment remains functional and well-maintained
  • Other duties may be assigned for operational needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of purchasing, procurement, or administrative experience
  • Basic understanding of purchasing processes and order management
  • Experience with Excel/Google Sheets (ERP or purchasing software experience is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle vendor relationships and communications professionally
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks

Job Details

  • Full-time, onsite position
  • Monday-Thursday schedule
  • 10 hour shifts
