Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable NOC Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our team at a 5‑Star rated skilled nursing facility. This role is ideal for a nurse who excels in overnight care, values resident dignity, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Our facility serves up to 90 residents, offering high‑quality post‑acute and long‑term care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents during the NOC shift
- Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor resident conditions
- Respond promptly to changes in resident status and medical emergencies
- Accurately document care, treatments, and observations per facility policy
- Supervise and support CNAs as needed during the shift
- Communicate effectively with on‑call providers and leadership
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Promote a calm, safe, and respectful overnight environment
Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license in good standing (state‑specific)
- Experience in skilled nursing or long‑term care preferred
- Strong clinical, assessment, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions overnight
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, resident‑centered approach to care
