Role Description
We're hiring a full-time Regional Nurse Consultant to support six facilities across our Valley Region (Salt Lake County).
In this pivotal role, you'll use a data-driven approach to mentor and develop our facility nursing teams. Your expertise will be key to helping us deliver the best possible care, exceed regulatory standards, and build a strong, supportive culture.
Your day-to-day work will involve visiting facilities, attending meetings, leading training sessions, and collaborating with our teams to enhance patient outcomes. You'll also provide timely feedback and ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in CMS Regulations
- Experience with DHHS SNF health inspections
- Comfortable conducting Training sessions for healthcare leadership and staff
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work on-site 80%
- Proficiency in navigating and auditing Point Click Care
- Current RN license in good standing
- 2 years in Skilled Nursing Leadership required (Facility and/or Regional*)
- *Preference given to those with prior Regional SNF oversight
