We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Manager to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of our warehouse and logistics. You will oversee end-to-end warehouse functions, ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient order fulfillment, and seamless coordination with carriers and 3PL partners. Your proactive approach and analytical skills will drive process improvements, optimize warehouse distribution, and support procurement activities. Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure efficient, high-quality support.
• Establish and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and continuously improve workflows.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse employees to ensure safety, productivity, and accuracy.
• Report operational performance, issues, and improvement plans to senior management.
• Ensure high levels of inventory accuracy through cycle counts, seasonal spot checks, and full physical audits.
• Review and document quality issues (damaged, incorrect, or substandard items) and communicate findings to management and vendors.
• Manage and monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolving delays or issues.
• Oversee shipment preparation for small parcel (e.g., FedEx) and freight (LTL/FTL) shipments.
• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners to optimize logistics operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate management and updates in warehouse management systems (e.g., OWMS).
• Monitor order status and resolve fulfillment issues using warehouse systems (e.g., Awesung).
• Manage SKU setup, updates, and data accuracy within ERP systems (e.g., Eccang).
• Oversee manual and dealer order processing across multiple platforms (e.g., Oracle, Mirakl, BBB).
• Ensure seamless integration between ERP, WMS, and sales platforms.
• Act as the primary point of contact for carriers to resolve shipping issues and delays.
• Conduct basic maintenance and coordinate with external vendors for equipment repair and servicing.
• Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, fulfillment time, and logistics performance.

Requirements

• 5 years of warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment operations experience.
• 2–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience, and establishing SOPs in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (experience with Eccang, SKU mapping, or similar platforms preferred) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) (e.g., OWMS and Awesung).
• Familiarity with order management platforms (e.g., Oracle, Mirakl, BBB) and shipping platforms (e.g., FedEx and LTL/FTL).
• Proven ability to lead, train, and develop warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of warehouse and logistics operations, including inventory control and order fulfillment.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and logistics vendors
• Strong knowledge of inventory accuracy practices and logistic operations (e.g., inbound and outbound shipments).
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management and safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle operational challenges quickly and effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
