Monument Construction, LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Commercial General Contractor. We are seeking qualified applicants for a Construction Project Manager.

Job Duties:
- Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring alignment with project scope, budget, and timeline.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting, including change order management and forecasting.
- Lead the negotiation and execution of subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying critical path items and ensuring milestones are met.
- Review and manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor construction progress on-site to ensure adherence to quality standards, contract specifications, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate and lead project meetings, providing regular updates on schedule, budget, risks, and issues.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, pay applications, and related financial documentation.
- Maintain detailed records of project activities, costs, and decisions to support transparency and closeout requirements.
- Provide leadership to field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure accountability and effective performance.
- Act as a safety leader, promoting and enforcing a culture of safety through example and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- 5 years of project management experience in construction, preferably infederal,commercial, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
- Proven ability to manage construction budgets, schedules, and teams independently.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, contract documents, and applicable codes.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, PrimaveraCloud, or similar).
