What You’ll Do
No two days are the same. One day you're installing trim and drywall, the next you're walking a customer through an estimate or managing a crew of subcontractors on a kitchen remodel. You'll be the face of Monty's—delivering top-tier handyman services and managing relationships with clients and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimate and scope out handyman and remodeling jobs
- Complete hands-on handyman work (excluding licensed trades like electrical and plumbing, HVAC)
- Manage subcontractors and oversee quality on larger projects
- Perform work for our membership program clients (routine maintenance and repairs)
- Drop off folders and build relationships with property managers and condos
- Collaborate with third-party referral partners
- Attend weekly team meetings and training
- Represent Monty's with pride, integrity, and professionalism
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of verifiable, hands-on experience in residential handyman work, repairs, maintenance, or remodeling
- Must pass a background check
- Valid Drivers License
- Clean driving record (required to operate company vehicle)
- Verifiable experience in Handyman work and remodeling (3 years)
- Previous ownership or operation of a handyman, home-services, remodeling, or construction business is strongly preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, including reading and understanding work orders, safety information, and customer instructions.
- Comfortable using technology for estimates, scheduling, and communication
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors as needed

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
