Job Description
Directly responsible for scheduling material for orders through all allocation areas (i.e. cutline, inside/outside short stock, pre-cut, decking/siding, full bundle, hardware, etc.) and finishing areas (i.e. ripsaw, multi-score, panel assembly, etc.). This position is also responsible for maintaining communication and providing feedback between sales and production manager if specifications can not be met of time provided.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent or 3-6 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be able to use a computer program and determine how to cut shorter material from longer material with limited waste (math and visual/spatial processing skills)
- Must be able to speak, read, and write and communicate effectively in English
