What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sterilization Technician position at MONTSHIRE PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY, PC?
Description
Montshire Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a Sterilization Technician to join our team. We're a family-owned practice serving nearly 30,000 children across New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, and Massachusetts, with a focus on eliminating barriers to dental care.
Our mission is to empower our team to use education, prevention, and compassion to deliver the highest quality of care in as many communities as possible. We accept all insurance including Medicaid and work to eliminate barriers that keep families from accessing care. Our focus on prevention and minimally invasive treatment means families need fewer appointments and kids get care before problems become serious.
As a Sterilization Technician, you'll be central to this approach, using your skills to prevent disease, educate families, and deliver care that makes a lasting difference. Our core values guide how we work: we aim to 'Create Raving Fans' with excellent care, 'Change the Game' through innovation, 'Own It' by taking responsibility, bring our 'Best Version Today', and maintain 'Playful Professionalism' in everything we do.
We offer compensation well above industry standards as well as profit-sharing, ongoing training and mentorship, and a collaborative culture where every team member is valued. This is an opportunity to make your skills matter in a new way and be part of work that's genuinely changing outcomes for children.
If you're looking for a position where you can make a real difference in children's health and access to care, we'd like to hear from you.
