About the Cardiology Department · In the Cardiology Department at Montrose Regional Health, the cardiologists and patients are supported by a compassionate, educated and experienced staff of nurses, technologists and nuclear medicine technologists with a total of more than 150 years of experience in the field of cardiology. About The Career: · The position of Nurse focuses on providing direct patient care and assessment, patient education, discharge planning, patient instruction, patient follow-up, and providing physician assistance. The Nurse obtains patient information and updates medical record accordingly. In addition, the position is responsible for performance, monitoring, and quality control of diagnostic tests.
