- The Regulatory Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the hospital's physical plant, utilities, and engineering operations comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations as well as accreditation standards. This role oversees regulatory readiness, documentation, inspections, and compliance programs related to the hospital's facilities and infrastructure. The supervisor collaborates with engineering staff, safety teams, and hospital leadership to maintain a safe, compliant, and operational healthcare environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- 5 years of experience in hospital facilities, plant operations, or engineering.
- Experience with healthcare regulatory compliance and accreditation standards.
