Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (overtime available)

Job Summary:
This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Diesel Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in heavy-duty truck systems, is a problem-solver, and takes pride in quality repairs.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair medium & heavy trucks (diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems)
- Work individually or as a team, with minimal supervision, to complete assigned tasks
- Perform vehicle maintenance and safety inspections following FMVSS guidelines and industry best practices
- Use diagnostic tools and repair manuals to troubleshoot issues
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Adhere to safety and environmental procedures
- Communicate clearly with service managers and customers
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a diesel technician
- Must be proficient with diagnostic and repair heavy trucks and equipment
- Strong knowledge of heavy truck systems and diesel engines
- Experience in diagnosing and repairing electronic engine controls, emissions systems, air and hydraulic brake systems, drivetrain, electrical, hydraulic systems and all related components
- Ownership of basic hand/power tools (all specialty and diagnostic tools are provided by shop for shop use)
- Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
- Deadline and detail-oriented
