We’re currently seeking a Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), EMT, CNA or Clinical Aid to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work closely with our providers to deliver top-notch dermatologic care in a warm, professional, and supportive environment.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and prepare patients by collecting medical history and intake information
- Assist providers during exams, procedures, and surgeries
- Support documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Set up surgical instruments and maintain a sterile field as needed
- Educate patients on procedures, aftercare, and medications
- Manage clinical supplies and keep exam rooms fully stocked
- Process and complete pathology requisitions and order forms
- Communicate lab and pathology results to patients
- Schedule appointments and assist with follow-up coordination
- Maintain lab equipment and complete quality control checks
- Handle pharmacy-initiated refill requests and prior authorizations
- Perform other clinical tasks as needed
