We are seeking either a part-time or full-time Temporary Maintenance Technician to join our team in Cleveland Heights, OH!

Our ideal Maintenance Technician will have:
- One year’s experience in related field or vocational training. \u2028
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, courteous attitude with residents and co-workers.
- Updated Smartphone with camera and basic skills using app to input/receive data.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Cooperative attitude and ability to take direction.
Our Maintenance Technician will:
- Performing hands-on maintenance, repair, and upgrades of multi-family properties
- Cleaning, plumbing, light electrical, snow removal, painting, drywall repair, painting and carpentry
- Completing steam boiler maintenance checklist
- Completing resident work orders and requests in a timely manner
- Participating in our on-call emergency cell phone rotation (nights and weekends)
- Communicating in person, by phone and through digital and written media with office and management
- Professional, courteous attitude with residents and co-workers
