Residential Property Maintenance Technician (Allen Gardens)

We are currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team to perform routine and preventative maintenance to enhance the integrity of our property. The ideal candidate provides top-notch customer service to our residents, while prioritizing and completing work orders in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs
• Perform repairs on appliances, fixtures, switches, outlets & circuits
• Complete work orders in a timely manner
• Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment
• Maintain Company records per policy (work orders documentation, time worked & completion via mobile app)
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations
• Responsible for daily cleanup of Maintenance Shop
• Must be available in the event of snow & ice, position requires snow removal & salting
• Participate in 24 hour On-Call rotation with ability to respond within expected timeframe

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance role
• Strong electrical knowledge and ability to work with electrical systems
• Mechanical knowledge and ability to perform repairs on machinery and equipment
• Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with team members and address maintenance issues promptly
• Ensure punctuality and reliability
• Smart Phone required
