Centrally located on Interstate 94 less than 25 miles northwest of Maple Grove and 30 miles southeast of Saint Cloud, Monticello is home to five brick and mortar schools and two nature-based facilities serving more than 4,000 students annually. Certification And Experience

• Candidates must have or be willing to get Minnesota Head Coaching certification
• Previous dance coach experience required
• Head Coach experience preferred

• Strong leadership and time management skills required
• Effective decision making skills while acting within the district policies, procedures and guidelines
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, teachers, administrators, community, and staff
• Maintain confidentiality of information about students, families and staff
