What are the responsibilities and job description for the MMS Reading Teacher position at MONTICELLO MIDDLE SCHOOL?
Qualifications: Must meet Arkansas Standards for licensing.
JOB Requirements: To provide supplemental literacy and dyslexia intervention-related instruction that will enable students to efficiently master the reading and writing skills appropriate to age, grade level, and individual capacity.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience in teaching reading/literacy instruction and/or interventions preferred
- Preference will be given to candidates with recent, successful experience in similar roles.
- Ability and willingness to utilize current reading programs with fidelity
- Must have completed or be willing to complete training in reading intervention programs and the Take Flight Dyslexia Intervention Program.
