Job Summary

The Member Advisor (Teller) plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and financial guidance to our members.

This position involves engaging with customers to understand their financial needs, promoting banking products and services, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their interactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a passion for helping individuals achieve their financial goals and flexibility to support both branches.

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting members and addressing their inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist members with account management, including cash management and loan processing.
• Identify opportunities for upselling banking products and services that align with members' financial needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments of member accounts to detect potential fraud and implement preventive measures.
• Utilize financial software to manage transactions, maintain accurate records, and support member transactions efficiently.
• Educate members on various financial services offered by the bank, ensuring they are informed about options available to them.
• Apply retail math skills to assist members with account balances, interest calculations, and other financial inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
