CPA candidates or individuals with public accounting experience are highly encouraged to apply. Healthcare experience—particularly in Dermatology, Med/Spa, or Veterinary—is highly preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily financial operations across all practice locations.
- Excellent knowledge of financial statements.
- Review revenue cycle reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Assist with financial audits and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes.
- Collaborate closely with CEO and Operations Director.
- Maintain accuracy within accounting systems and support data integrity efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (required).
- Minimum 3–5 years of progressive finance or accounting experience.
- Multi-site experience is strongly preferred.
- Healthcare experience (Dermatology, Med/Spa, Veterinary, Dental) highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and communication skills.
- Proficiency with financial systems, Excel, Quick books and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and support leadership with accurate data.
