Overview
We are looking for a motivated, organized, professional, positive, self sufficient and collaborative Dental Recruiter to join our in-office team. As a Dental Recruiter, you will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring qualified dental professionals to fill various positions within dental practices. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and internal customers. a
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit top talent for various dental roles including dentists, hygienists, assistants, and office staff.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dental professionals and practices to understand their staffing needs.
- Conduct interviews, screening, and background checks for potential candidates.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to placement, ensuring a positive experience for both the candidates and the clients.
- Collaborate with the HR and recruitment team to develop and execute effective hiring strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry.
- Experience with Indeed and iCIMS required. Strong Indeed and iCIMS experience including account management, strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency with recruitment software and tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to work in-office at our Seminole, Florida office on Monday through Thursday 8-5pm and Friday 8-4pm.
