What You’ll Do
As a Supply Chain Co-op, you’ll work across several key areas within our supply chain and operations teams. You’ll play a role in improving processes, supporting project initiatives, and learning firsthand how a supply chain functions from end to end.
Your Responsibilities May Include
- Supporting supply chain initiatives for both new and existing products in a cross-functional environment.
- Participating in team meetings and capturing detailed meeting notes and follow-ups.
- Collaborating with internal departments and external partners to troubleshoot and solve supply chain challenges mainly related to raw materials and finished goods inventory management.
- Applying problem-solving techniques with guidance to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
- Assisting with project management tasks to ensure deliverables meet internal standards and compliance requirements.
- Exposure to core areas like value stream management, process capability, lifecycle management, planning, and project coordination.
- Real-world experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Mentorship and guidance from experienced supply chain and operations professionals.

We’re seeking students who are excited to grow their knowledge and bring fresh ideas to the table. The ideal candidate has:
- Active enrollment as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Adobe PDF.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn quickly.
- The ability to take initiative and manage tasks independently.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
