Iam seeking a skilled and dependable Rollback Tow Truck Operator to join my team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely towing vehicles using a flatbed or rollback tow truck, ensuring efficient service delivery while maintaining safety standards.With open availability This role requires strong mechanical knowledge, excellent driving skills, and exceptional customer service abilities to handle various roadside situations professionally.
PAY
30 % of Daily Gross (paid weekly)
1099 Independent contractor
Responsibilities
- Operate tow trucks, including flatbed and rollback models, to recover and transport vehicles securely.
- Conduct automotive diagnostics and basic automotive repairs when necessary.
- Load and unload vehicles carefully, ensuring proper securing to prevent damage during transit.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge and experience with manual transmissions to troubleshoot minor issues on-site.
- Manage conflict situations professionally, providing excellent customer service during stressful roadside incidents.
- Maintain cleanliness and routine inspections of the tow truck to ensure optimal operation.
- Follow safety protocols and traffic laws during all towing operations.
- Assist with additional tasks such as forklift operation or other mechanical duties as needed.
Experience
- 5 YEARS Hands-on experience with rollback tow trucks, flatbeds,
- Customer service experience is a plus, especially in high-pressure roadside environments.
