What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant School Business Administrator / Assistant Board Secretary position at Montgomery Township School District?
We are seeking an Assistant School Business Administrator to supervise, manage and coordinate the business affairs of the district efficiently and effectively to achieve the educational and support services goals of the district with the available financial resources.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid NJ School Business Administrator certificate
- Knowledge of and experience with GAAP requirements, school budgeting, collective bargaining, financial management & investments, insurance & risk management, payroll, benefits, and buildings and grounds
- Minimum of three (3) years of successful experience in accounting, budgeting, business management, preferably in a New Jersey school district
- Strong organizational, leadership, communication, technology, and interpersonal skills
- The desire to work collaboratively with stakeholders
- Exceptional using Microsoft and Google Applications
- Ability to lead and manage departments: transportation, food service, payroll, benefits, and buildings and grounds
- Knowledge of local/state/federal reporting requirements and applicable laws
