Early Childhood Teacher

JOB DESCRIPTION: Early Childhood Teacher Qualifications: Current Alabama Teacher’s Certification, Bachelor’s Degree or higher with an endorsement in early childhood education (P-3 or P-6). Essential Duties: Create a classroom environment favorable to learning and personal growth Establish effective rapport with students. Motivate students to develop skills, attitudes, and knowledge needed to provide a good educational foundation. Use technology to motivate students and prepare students for 21st century Establish a positive relationship with students, parents, co-workers, volunteers, and other visitors. Perform other duties as assigned by the principal.
